The Council recently confirmed an Article 4 Direction in five employment locations across the borough. This Direction will come into effect on 8^th February 2027, and means that planning permission is required for changes from business to residential use.

CoStar Screen Lab at Royal Holloway University of London is seeking projects which develop spatialised 3D audio as an interactive layer within virtual production environments.

Up to two projects will receive up to £35,000 each towards delivery costs. Successful applicants can also access two intensive one-week development sprints at CoSTAR Screen Lab, including on-boarding and orientation to required equipment delivered by the technical team.

The deadline for applications is 19 August 2026.
