Strategic Employment Areas (SEAs) support clusters of employment activity that are, or have the potential to become, key drivers of the borough and sub-regional economy.
Spread across the borough and accommodating all types of businesses, Runnymede has five designated employment areas that together make up the borough's core supply of employment land.
Additionally, the borough's three town centres of Addlestone, Chertsey and Egham are business locations themselves, with a number of high-value companies concentrated there.
