Hillswood Business Park
Hillswood Business Park is a 10 minute drive outside of Chertsey town centre. Hillswood is situated in stunning grounds, adjacent to Homewood Park. Current residents include Samsung Electronics and Astellas Pharmaceuticals, who have their European headquarters here.

Thorpe Industrial Estate
Thorpe Industrial Estate is the largest industrial estate in the borough. The estate is home to a diverse range of businesses, however it is particularly popular in the logistics sector due to its superb communications network. Junction 13 of the M25 is 3 miles to the north and Heathrow Airport can be reached within 20 minutes.
