Hillswood Business Park

Hillswood Business Park is situated in stunning grounds adjacent to Homewood Park. Neighbouring businesses include global IT and electronics companies, such as Samsung Electronics, who have their European HQ here. Ashford and St Peter's Hospital

Developer Chancerygate has recently acquired an existing development of five industrial warehouses on Hanworth Lane. These will be replaced by 62,000 sq ft of space in 12 units ranging in size from 3,950 to 7,535 sq ft. Based within the south-west of the M25, with excellent transport links to main arterial roads, the Hanworth Lane industrial estate is the most centrally located within Chertsey, and within walking distance to the high street and railway station.

An economic development strategy for Runnymede

During 2016, the economic development team at Runnymede undertook an assessment of the borough economy.

The strengths, areas for improvement and characteristics revealed during this process informed the creation of the Economic Development Strategy, which sets out the priorities for the team up until 2020.

2019 will see work start of bringing forward the sequential strategy to 2024.
