Addlestone One Development

Royal Holloway, University of London, formally incorporated as Royal Holloway and Bedford New College, is a public research university and a constituent college of the federal University of London. TASIS The American School in England

TASIS England also known in its home country as The American International School in England is one of five American schools in and around London and was founded in 1976. Its 46-acre campus is in the village of Thorpe, Surrey, south west of London, adjoining Royal Holloway, University of London.

Thorpe Industrial Estate

Thorpe Industrial Estate is a large, diverse major employment space, and the largest industrial estate in Runnymede. The estate is home to a number of large employers, spread out over a series of business villages and parks. Within the M25 and approximately a 5 minute drive from the M25/M3 interchange, Thorpe Industrial Estate is perfectly located for logistic and transport-reliant businesses.

The Causeway

The Causeway is a designated Strategic Employment Area in Runnymede. The area known as The Causeway stretches alongside the River Thames, next to the M25. A number of global companies have their UK and European head offices located here.

Hillswood Business Park

Hillswood Business Park is situated in stunning grounds adjacent to Homewood Park. Neighbouring businesses include global IT and electronics companies, such as Samsung Electronics, who have their European HQ here. Ashford and St Peter's Hospital

Ashford and St Peter's Hospital servers a population of over 410,000 people living in the borough of Runnymede, Spelthorne, Woking and parts of Elmbridge, Hounslow, Surrey Heath and beyond. The trust employs 3,700 individual members of staff and in 2014/15 their turnover for the year was £263 million.

Chertsey Business Park

Developer Chancerygate has recently acquired an existing development of five industrial warehouses on Hanworth Lane. These will be replaced by 62,000 sq ft of space in 12 units ranging in size from 3,950 to 7,535 sq ft. Based within the south-west of the M25, with excellent transport links to main arterial roads, the Hanworth Lane industrial estate is the most centrally located within Chertsey, and within walking distance to the high street and railway station.
